Do I need special hardware to get started?

No. Safyra works on any smartphone, tablet or computer with a browser. For automatic temperature monitoring we integrate with Testo sensors and others via MQTT — but you can start without any hardware.

Is my data stored in Portugal?

Yes. All data is stored on servers located in Portugal, in compliance with GDPR. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Does it work offline?

Yes, partially. The mobile app lets you record temperatures and checklists without an internet connection. Data syncs automatically when connectivity is restored.

How long does implementation take?

Most customers are operational in less than a week. The HACCP plan can be imported or configured with help from our team during onboarding.

Does it replace my HACCP consultant?

No — and that is not the goal. Safyra is the tool your consultant will want you to use. It automates records and keeps the HACCP plan alive day to day, freeing the consultant for what really matters.

Which certifications does it support?

HACCP (Reg. 852/2004), IFS Food, BRC/BRCGS, ISO 22000 and ASAE requirements. The level of detail in records adapts to your operation's certification profile.
